Maison Georges Hobeika offers a refined returns process for our Ready-to-Wear collections, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Please note that Haute Couture and custom-made creations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Prepare the Atelier Packaging

Place the item in its original Maison Georges Hobeika box and protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and hangers are included.

Affix the Shipping Label

Attach the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment or via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects the garment to confirm its pristine condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
